Boy, time certainly flies. I happened to look at our "News" section and noticed it's been a while since I wrote anything.

Thanks so much to Ashley Hendrix, who recently wrote about us on the Active Adult blog.
Thanks to Shari Bernhard for this wonderful account of her trip with us along the C&O Canal in October 2010.
"Fresh air" is full of negative ions. It has a good amount of oxygen and is free of pollutants…
On endorphins…I mean! I have enough problems with mood swings this winter — thank you very much!
Taking your children with you cycling has come a long way since my kids were young.
A grant - and a last-minute cancellation - enables a teacher to join us on our Holland trip.
Roger and I are about to embark on our 8th season hosting Tulip Tours...
Today is my birthday. They come too quickly and the day passes in a wink of an eye.
We've riden our "Pocket Rocket Pro" for 5 years now and take it everywhere - seashore to rolling forests.
Pace yourself. It is not necessary to bike fast or be quick on the climbs. Think of them as your workout for the day…
On a bicycle, we experience life at a slower pace. The quiet of no motors and no radios frees my mind to explore its own channels.
We bike for the ice cream; the big meals; the cozy accommodations; the exercise and to stay fit; to be outdoors; to settle restlessness; to calm the mind’s chatter; to dispel stress…
The bicycle ride was challenging for all riders. Thanks to brilliant, warm sunshine four of the riding days were just outstanding, both a cyclist’s and a photographer’s paradise.
I've toured with my sister, Lynn, for many years. Well, by touring I mean that Lynn was our assistant and Sag driver on many a Bike and the Like tour in the 90s. But we haven't ridden bikes together since we were in grade school and she never showed an interest in enjoying cycling during our trips.
Once in a while we get a hankering to do things the way we did in the 80s before we became a touring group. For those of you who were not cycling back then, touring was usually getting a small group together for an adventure on two wheels.
