We are booking for Burlington to Montreal 2017!

Please send Suzie a note to ask about availability for any trip. She tries her best to reply within the day, and hopefully there is a spot open so that you can join us.

Our registration process is easy as one, two, three!

  1. Download and print out our Domestic Registration Form (PDF) for U.S. destinations, or our International Registration Form (PDF) for all European Tours. These are in Adobe PDF format (Download Adobe Reader).
  2. Fill out the form — instructions and remittance information is on each form.
  3. Send it to us with your deposit payment. We accept payment by check or money order. We are also happy to accept credit card payments made through PAYPAL, but please note that credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee which is not incurred in our reasonable trip price.

We are glad to hold your space for 7 days pending the arrival of the Registration form and deposit.

When we receive your mail and deposit, we will contact you via e-mail with a confirmation and Welcome Letter containing lots of detailed pre-trip information.

Payment and Cancellations

U.S. Trips

For weeklong tours, a $300 deposit per person is required with each registration. The tour balance is due 75 days from the trip start date. Non-payment of trip balances will be considered a cancellation.

Tour cancellations must be received in writing at least 76 days prior to the start date of the trip and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per person. After that no refunds are possible unless we can fill your spot.

Weekend Trips are payable in full only and cancellations must be received in writing at least 40 days prior to the trip start date and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee per person, with no refunds after that date.

International Tours

A $350 deposit per person is required with each registration. Two week international tours require a $500 deposit per person.

A second trip payment of $350 per person is due December 1. The final balance is payable at least 75 days prior to the trip start. Non-payment of trip balances may be considered a cancellation.

Tour cancellations must be received in writing and the date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written communication.

Cancellations received at least 150 days from the trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $35 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations received at least 149-120 days prior to trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $50 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations received 120-95 days from the trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $250 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $75 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations received 94-76 days from the trip start date: 50% of the total trip price per person is non-refundable unless we can fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $75 administrative fee per person.

Cancellations received less than 76 days from the trip start date: no refunds are possible unless we can fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $100 administrative fee per person.

Other Conditions

We maintain a waitlist on all trips and make an effort to look for a replacement if cancellation of your booking becomes necessary. At no time, however, can we guarantee that we will be able to fill a cancelled spot.

In the unlikely event that Bike and the Like should cancel a tour, you will be notified at least 60 days from the scheduled trip start date and all trip fee payments will be refunded in full.

Refunds constitute full settlement in the event of cancellation of a tour; Bike and the Like is not responsible for airfares fees or other expenses incurred due to change in itinerary or tour cancellation. No refund or discount will be granted for arriving late or leaving a tour prior to its conclusion.

Travel Insurance

Unexpected things can happen and your travel investment should be protected! We strongly advise purchase of Travel Insurance to safeguard you in the event of unforeseeable trip related expenses such as - trip cancellation, interruption and delay, emergency medical treatment, and lost or stolen luggage.
