As soon as we receive your registration and payment you will receive an email confirmation and Welcome Letter containing important trip details and planning information.
A $350 deposit per person is required with each registration. A $500 deposit per person is required for trips more than 8 days.
A second trip payment of $350 per person is due December 1 and is specified in your trip Welcome Letter. The final balance is payable no later than 75 days prior to the trip start. Non-payment of trip balances by the due date may be considered a Participant cancellation.
Tour cancellations by a Participant must be received in writing (letter or e-mail) and the date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written communication.
Participant Cancellations received 150 days or greater from the trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $50 administrative fee per person.
Participant Cancellations received between 149-120 days prior to trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $300 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $50 administrative fee per person.
Participant Cancellations received between 119-95 days from the trip start date: all payments will be refunded less a $400 administrative fee per person. If we can fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $75 administrative fee per person.
Participant Cancellations received 94 days or less from the trip start date: 100% of the total trip price per person is non-refundable unless we can fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot, we will refund all payments made less a $100 administrative fee per person.
Bike and the Like cannot guarantee that we will be able to fill a cancelled spot.
In the unlikely event Bike and the Like should cancel a tour prior to the date of departure certain fees may be refunded.
If a tour is cancelled as a result of a force majeure event, all trip fee payments will be refunded less a $200 administrative fee per person. If a Bike and the Like tour is cancelled due to any reason other than a force majeure event, all trip fee payments will be refunded. A "force majeure event" is any event beyond the reasonable control of Bike and the Like, including but not limited to war, threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance, acts of God, fire, accident,flood,sickness, contagion,epidemics, quarantine, Government Intervention, travel bans, and weather conditions.
If modifications are made or specific events or programs are canceled during participation in a Bike and the Like tour, no refunds will be given.
Bike and the Like is not responsible for airfares fees or other expenses incurred by a Participant due to change in itinerary or tour cancellation. No refunds or discounts will be granted for a Participant arriving late or leaving a tour prior to the tour's conclusion.
All refunds are issued in U.S.D. by Bike and the Like business check and processed within 2 weeks.
