Romantic fall landscapes adorn the Saar and Moselle rivers. At every turn we can explore ancient Roman culture and contribution to winemaking. Visit picturesque medieval villages with timbered houses and hike or ride the cable car with us to a story book castle atop the lush hills. We’ll cycle along paths of amber colored vineyards and stop for tastings at family-run wineries.
We'll harbor in classic Haarlem, University town of Leiden, Gouda known for its cheese and exciting Rotterdam. Along our way we visit Keukenhof, castle ruins from 1200, a family cheese farm, Royal Delft Pottery factory and working flour mill. Our trip ends with the famous flower auction and yummy Dutch Pancake lunch.
